About CalcNest
Our Mission
CalcNest was founded with a simple goal: make accurate health and financial information accessible to everyone, for free. We believe that science-backed tools shouldn't be locked behind paywalls or cluttered with ads that compromise the user experience.
Every one of our 30 calculators is built on peer-reviewed formulas from trusted institutions — the World Health Organization, the American College of Sports Medicine, the Institute of Medicine, the USDA, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, among others. We cite our sources directly so you can verify every recommendation we make.
We don't sell your data, we don't require sign-ups, and we don't offer paid tiers. CalcNest is and will remain 100% free.
